how does it work when you block users from messaging you. You get a post saying someone tried to message you but you are blocking. My q is what do they see a blank private message or a message saying can't pm???

I see the chat site briefing says failed something. The application disappears too quickly to see what tho. I've left the live.com page open but still not loading.

I seem to have an issue with the chat sites not loading. It's not unique to a specific PC. I use Firefox as default browser altho the chat site doesnt load with Chrome either???
