Encountering "Error 500" while logging in to chat is a common occurrence resulting from multiple profile use or after someone has deleted their profile and created a new profile using the same email address to register.

While this isn't always an issue for multiple profile users, it's an issue 100% of the time for those who deleted their profile and created a new profile using the same email address.

The root cause of this technical problem is a conflict between your web browser data and data stored in chat's database.

Moving forward and until further notice, we won't be assisting those with multiple active profiles. You'll have to log in using your first or original existing profile, or try a different web browser. This may be resolved in the future as chat software is continuously developed and updated.

If you have deleted your profile and the new profile won't log in, try changing your email first (we'll verify whether you've taken that step) and make sure to verify the change via email. If that doesn't resolve your issue, post a request for support and include your EXACT, previously deleted profile username. DO NOT POST YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

If you meet the criteria for assistance, an administrator will assist you only when there's available time to them (mainly on weekends). There's no timeframe.
