I think there only needs to be tech in place marking original web content as not-permissible or to be viewed or used by Ai.
People have been ripping off each others ideas and creativity for as long as art existed, and presenting altered art as their own. Except now, it's happening and getting monetized instantly.
Same thing with music, except in music industry, things are typically resolved via lawsuits and licensing.
