Just a few things

There needs to be a way that ur friends list migrates over so you don't have to read them all.

Same with ignores which I think should be block personally.

Also maybe keep the old chat for those who don't want to use the new one like currently u can pick either chat before you sign in

You can re-add your friends by clicking over to Friends list, clicking on + at the top, searching for the username, selecting the result and clicking on Add.
Friend list will sync up with followed users once only the new chat is in-service.
