So what has this got to do with Technology?

Not to be rude, but you have given people zero way to help you out. No OS/Platform. No error message, no indication on what you have done to try and fix it. For instance have you looked to see if anyone else has posted an issue and had a solution.

Or have you just dumped it here and hope that everyone has ESP to resolve the issue???
 
Not to be rude, but it's not my webcam at all.

My webcam is Logitech HD 1080p with built in mic.

I live on my own so my internet is never a problem LOL.

My computer specs is custom made.
Ryze 5.5 graphics, 2TB hard drive, 8 GB of ram Windows 10 Home.

It may seem like an adobe flash problem or java script, but no pop up blocker has appeared.
So kindly give me some suggestions instead of trolling a thread ok.
 
It's never a user's fault it's always someone else's...

So have you made sure your using the latest Java and or Flash? With Java have you made sure that you remove older versions?

If you're using a 64bit machine have you installed both the 32/64 Bit versions of Java?

Are you getting any error messages?
 
I'm not seeing any adobe flash player under my apps or java script. Half of the time they appear to have malware inject into those downloads if I went fishing for them.

Different browser didn't work. Microsoft edge and chrome don't work

If your Using Windows 10 they wouldn't be apps they would be programs. Only DL them from the official websites. If they are infected with malware then millions of people would be hot with it.
 
A lot of people seem to have problems with Chrome. I personally cannot use Firefox on mobile. Different browsers will give different results
 
I've tried all browsers. Video is failing i can't view anyone's webcam:(
